At Z Nation, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide an exchange policy that allows you to exchange your purchased product for another item of your choice, subject to the terms outlined below.
Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy allows you to exchange any Z Nation product purchased within 7 days of the purchase date, free of charge. You may opt for an exchange or receive a credit note for future purchases.
Conditions for Exchange
To ensure a smooth exchange process, please ensure the following:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned or exchanged in its original packaging (box or packet).
- Do not write, mark, overwrite, or place any stickers/tape on the original packaging.
- The original invoice, tags, and condition of the product must be preserved and included.
- A valid reason for the exchange must be provided in writing and included with the returned item.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email Us: Send an email to info@znationbd.com with the subject “Exchange Request.”
- Include Details: In your email, explain the reason for the exchange and include your order details (invoice number, product name, and your contact information).
- Approval & Process: Once approved, our delivery team will deliver the new item and collect the original item at the same time.
Important Notes
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Discounted or special-offer items are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Products returned that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for exchange.
